Private Yoga
Private yoga sessions offer a supportive, one-on-one space to explore movement, breath, and stillness at your own pace. Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after time away, working with pain or injury, or simply seeking a more personalized experience, these sessions are tailored to meet your needs in the moment.
Together, we’ll create a practice that honors your body, nurtures your nervous system, and supports your goals—whether that's finding more ease, building strength, or simply creating time to slow down and listen inward.
Private yoga is available in person or virtually. No experience or flexibility required—just a willingness to show up as you are.
Guided Self-Care Package
This 2-hour one-on-one session is designed to gently guide you back to yourself through mindful movement, stillness, and therapeutic touch. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle yoga tailored to your body, opening space in the joints and softening tension. Next, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation practice to quiet the mind and center the heart.
From there, you’ll transition onto the massage table for a nurturing massage session that targets areas of stress and stagnation—promoting deep relaxation, pain relief, and nervous system reset.
This integrated experience is ideal for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and reconnection with their body.

Gentle Yoga Group Classes
Small classes with a warm atmosphere. Explore the practice of yoga in a woodland oasis.
Breathe, relax, and restore. Gentle yoga is a calming practice for everyone, regardless of experience. With slow movements and deep breathing, this class helps release tension, improve flexibility, and promote ease in both body and mind.
