Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation sessions can be scheduled as add on services or stand alone for 30 minutes.

Discover calm and clarity with guided meditation sessions. I’ll gently lead you through breathwork, visualization, and mindfulness techniques. Each experience is designed to help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and reconnect you with your inner peace—supporting your journey.

Guided Self-Care Package

This 2-hour one-on-one session is designed to gently guide you back to yourself through mindful movement, stillness, and therapeutic touch. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle yoga tailored to your body, opening space in the joints and softening tension. Next, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation practice to quiet the mind and center the heart.

From there, you’ll transition onto the massage table for a nurturing massage session that targets areas of stress and stagnation—promoting deep relaxation, pain relief, and nervous system reset.
