During a Swedish massage, the therapist uses long, gentle strokes in the direction of blood flow to massage muscles.

Cupping Massage

Cupping therapy, also known as cupping or suction cup therapy, is an ancient alternative medicine technique that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction.

Cupping therapy is used for many reasons, including pain relief, relaxation, and well-being. This decompression technique helps release muscle adhesions and promote freshly oxygenated blood flow throughout the body.

It can be used for a variety of conditions, such as lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain, headache and migraine.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage, also known as MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) is a gentle treatment that can help move lymph fluid through the body to areas with working lymph vessels.

It can help relieve swelling caused by illness, medical treatment, or injury that blocks the lymphatic system.

The lymphatic system is part of the immune system and includes organs, vessels, and tissues that move lymph fluid from other parts of the body into the bloodstream.

Guided Self-Care Package

This 2-hour one-on-one session is designed to gently guide you back to yourself through mindful movement, stillness, and therapeutic touch. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle yoga tailored to your body, opening space in the joints and softening tension. Next, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation practice to quiet the mind and center the heart.

From there, you’ll transition onto the massage table for a nurturing massage session that targets areas of stress and stagnation—promoting deep relaxation, pain relief, and nervous system reset.

Express Massage

Short on time and need a more targeted treatment?

Try one of the 30-minute Express Massage sessions. While a 60 - 90 minute full body treatment is typically recommended for optimal relief and relaxation, sometimes you just don’t have the time.

These shorter sessions, can help provide relief to focused areas like head, neck & shoulders or lower back, hips & legs.

Scalp Treatment

Scalp treatment sessions can be scheduled as add on services or stand alone for 30 minutes.

These sessions include using jojoba oil, rosemary and peppermint to help promote healthy scalp circulation and the essential oils can help deepen relaxation.
