  • Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after time away, working with pain or injury, or seeking a more personalized experience, these sessions are tailored to meet your needs.

  • Gentle yoga combines slow movements and deep breathing to release tension, improve flexibility, and bring ease to body and mind. Wednesdays at 10am EST at Path Yoga Therapy.

    • No prior yoga experience necessary—come as you are

    • Flexibility is not required

    • All mats, props, and necessary equipment are provided

    • Wear comfortable clothing to be able to move with ease
